There is an alternative recommendation on each of these agenda items to take these people’s homes. The council doesn’t even consider looking at these. It must be because they have done this work behind closed doors, they operate in the dark. No one will be able to see them say aye or nay to the question as to whether to of with the recommendation or the alternative recommendation. I think they are all a bunch of cowards and should resign from their positions.

Alternative Recommendation: If Council does not refer this matter to the Linn County Compensation Commission to obtain the required total acquisition the City would need to adjust the FCS Master Plan.
