I must agree with Mayor Tiffany O’Donnell’s mom. Tiffany has a lot of guts. It takes guts to sign the resolution to steal people’s homes.

I would use my brain and convince my fellow council members to vote for the alternate resolution the City Manager, Jeff Pomerantz, offers.

The second resolution requires the staff to stop the eminent domain process and reconfigure the flood protection plan.
