Alternative Recommendation: Do not proceed with acquiring the proposed property under the eminent domain proceedings and direct City staff to abandon or reconfigure the flood control system.

The numbers they list are insulting. I wonder how many times the council has used the river? We use it all the time. That’s why we chose to live down here.
