The WSJ article came out today. Mr. Pierson neglected to mention his wife owns one of the condos on the top floor of the building that is in the same neighborhood. In fact, the condos are built where homes once stood. I can’t believe he didn’t mention this!

It is rather obvious why the City wants to do a land grab with these homes! They should be ashamed of themselves. But, this is our City Council and Mayor who have no shame. It’s so nice the city is going to finish the flood wall for the condos that cost so much!
