Our Mayor and Council have such beautiful smiles as they trot about the City cutting red ribbons. How nice.

In the dark corners of the City, the Mayor and Council wrap, in black ribbons, homes of citizens destined for destruction.

One can only imagine the evil grins as homes are targeted.

The Grinch is an apprentice compared to these folk.
